The Fascist Movement

There has been a concerted effort on the part of many governments, IGOs, and NGOs to create legislation that strips the freedoms of humanity under the guise of security. The rights that we are granted as human beings are being torn down incrementally all across the world. The most recent action that I have become aware of is a piece of legislation that has already been passed by the United States House of Representatives. The Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007 would essentially enable the government to label United States citizens as “enemy combatants”. Tied in with other pieces of legislation such as P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act 1&2, the United States government could imprison anybody for practically any reason for any length of time without a trial.
